Join CRC Riverwalk and Run SC for our new Training Program. Whether you're training for your first 5K, chasing a new PR, preping for a half or full marathon, or simply looking for a supportive community of runners and walkers, we have a spot for you. Group meets every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday. Program includes a training program, coach led warm up and stretching, and tips on injury prevention, strenght training, nutrition and hydration, recovery, mental resulience, and race-day preparation

There is a lot more fun things happening this week at CRC Riverwalk. Tomorrow come check out a Patio workout hosted by Fit4Mom. Altra will be there all morning for you to come demo the new Torin 9. Whether you come for the workout or just want to hit the river path for a run or walk, demo the latest shoes from Altra. Saturday, join Fast Feet Run Club on the Little Sugar Creek Greenway. Run starts at 7 am. Meet and park at the Belle Johnson Center in Pineville. Sunday we have yoga on the Patio at 10:30. Then next Tuesday Hoka will be there for us to demo the new Clifton Pro and Clifton 11. Tune up Tuesday starts at 6 pm. Come for the shoes and run, stay for the FREE tacos!!
