🎭 Launch Your Career in the Arts!
Are you a student with a passion for the performing arts, marketing, or event management? The Broadway Theater and the Urban Renewal Agency are officially accepting applications for the Fall/Winter 2026 Internship and Scholarship Program.

In collaboration with Sweetwater BOCES (SBOCES), this program offers an immersive, hands-on experience in the heart of Rock Springs. Selected interns will bridge classroom learning with real-world application, acting as a theater coordinator and assisting with every facet of our operations.

🌟 Why Apply?
Hands-On Experience: Work at both the Broadway Theater and Bunning Hall on marketing, lighting, sound, event planning, and performer contracts.

Skill Development: Receive continuous evaluation and coaching to build a professional portfolio in theater and business management.
Financial Support: Successful candidates receive a $2,500 stipend/scholarship per semester.

📝 Program Details:
Eligibility: Sweetwater County high school seniors or students enrolled at Western Wyoming Community College for the Fall 2026 semester.

Schedule: Flexible hours (options for 5, 7, or 10 hours per week).
Deadline: September 7, 2026.

Nationally acclaimed musicians Richard Gilewitz and Tim May have returned to Sweetwater County! They have livened up the first week of school with a number of special performances -- including to our outlying schools in McKinnon and Wamsutter!

Tomorrow evening (Saturday, Aug. 22) they'll be playing at "Eve's Restaurant," 1501 Clubhouse Drive. Join us for great fun and amazing music!! Music starts at 7:00 p.m. We hope to see you there!!
