My name is Vic. My journey in the shoe repair industry started overseas more than 30 years ago. My grandfather was a cobbler, my two uncles were cobblers and my cousin was also a cobbler. You can say that shoe repair is in my dna! I first began my career as an upper maker and handmade shoes for a high end chain of boutiques. After immigrating to the U.S. and becoming a U.S. Citizen, I had a dream

of opening my own shoe repair shop. In 2011, I opened Vic’s Shoe Repair in Rockaway, NJ, which has been a shoe repair shop since the 1950’s. I consider myself very fortunate to be doing what I love and am passionate about. I truly enjoy meeting new people and forming lasting relationships with my customers.
