These are the words that truly kill retailers’ spirit while spoken in their presence.

When you visit our shop, haven’t you noticed the questions we asked? It’s not to be nosy but we desire to genuinely understand what you are seeking and most importantly who you are.

In our shop, we have a book of ISO. And we think of you when restocking and shopping the store.

Shopping online is cool. I just don’t have the best luck doing so 🥴. Marketing can be very persuasive and it’s not a good feeling to receive something that is totally different from the photo and description online. So I personally have to shop in person.

But we are just different.

We honor the old fashion way of connecting with people and relationship building with real people.

We want to know when you’re having a bad day and just needed to get out of the house for fresh air and to interact with others.

We are just as thrilled as you are when you’ll finally become a grandparent after waiting so many years.

Our hearts melt when fathers come in to buy a little wooden toy car for his son- just like the one he had when he was a little kid.

Be mindful. Shop intentionally. Shop small.

Most importantly, every shop you visit has a soul and a spirit just as you do.

Our soil, like our communities, is full of life, and all life deserves care, respect and protection. Composting is one of the many ways in which we can support our soils and communities at a local level.

This book is a terrific resource for children to learn the importance of composting and community.

Our community is a part of one big ecosystem. And each individual can do their part. Shop responsibly. Support local businesses. Learn to grow your own food. Recycle and compost!
