I had to go into downtown Minneapolis yesterday to apply for a permit and I had never been in the government center and I was blown away by the architecture, the old school stone work and the stained glass! I overheard a tour guide saying that there are 72,000 individual pieces of stained glass and at one point they sent all of the stained glass down to Iowa, where they fixed all the cracked and broken pieces and restored the rest. Also, I had never heard of the Mississippi River referred to as “Father of Waters”, which comes from an Ojibwe phrase Misi-ziibi, meaning “Big River”.

So Roman and I were taking a nice stroll with our shepherd Zeus and all of the sudden he took off like an Olympic puppy sprinter and he grabbed some black and white critter and shook the s**t out of like he owed him treats or something! Then I realized, oh no, that’s a skunk and my dog just killed Pepe Le Pew😬For those of you that know, shepherds can’t help it, it’s in their wolf DNA to kill animals that they view as a threat to their pack. Needless to say, he got sprayed, so here is the formula and it’s not tomato sauce.

Picked up 2 New Jerseys from They have a product called Under Wraps, which has a list of 40-50 of the top current or retired NBA players and you don’t know what you are going to get until you unwrap it! The packaging and product is a high level experience, it’s exactly the experience we are trying to create with our Bond customers.

Today I hired my son and his friend Jayce to help me organize the warehouse at the new Bond HQ. It’s a valuable lesson for these kids to see what goes into being an entrepreneur, you can’t be scared to get your hands dirty and you have to have a can do attitude, you do what you have to do in order to get the job done.
