Meet Alyson! 🤎✨

Alyson is a 24-year-old Certified Mat Pilates Instructor with a passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others feel stronger and more confident. After taking her first class with Ansley when REM first opened, she quickly fell in love with Pilates and everything it brings—strength, flexibility, balance, and connection.

When she’s not on the mat, you can find her going on walks, spending time with her golden retriever Beaux, or with her family. 🐾

We’re so excited to welcome Alyson to the REM team! Get ready to see her on the mat soon! 🩵
