There’s a NEW cheese joining the Cool Cow Cheese lineup, and we’re giving it its big debut at the Best of Missouri Market THIS WEEKEND! 🎉
🧀 Owensville Gold is our newest farmstead creation — an Asiago-style cheese handcrafted right here on our family farm in Owensville, Missouri, using rich, creamy milk from our very own Jersey cows! 🐄❤️
Aged to develop a firm texture with a savory, slightly nutty flavor, Owensville Gold is perfect for slicing, shaving, or grating over your favorite dishes. And of course, it’s delicious all on its own!
We couldn’t think of a better place to introduce a cheese named after our hometown than at the Best of Missouri Market! ❤️
