I had a customer reach out about a custom-designed Dolly outfit. This is my first attempt at one. I learned a LOT from this project: 1. Satin is NOT my favorite fabric with which to work; 2. large busts can alter the way elastic wants to ride in the back; 3. Fringe can be a bear when it comes to adding it to satin, and 4. While I have the utmost respect for Dolly, this will likely be my last Dolly Parton outfit! Lol
