DTF (Direct to Film)
✅ Works on cotton, polyester & blends
✅ Bright, vibrant colors
✅ Great for bulk orders
❌ Slightly thicker feel on fabric

DTG (Direct to Garment)
✅ Super soft, “no feel” print
✅ Best for 100% cotton
✅ Perfect for detailed designs
❌ Not ideal for dark or non-cotton fabrics

🚨 Artwork Sizes & Print Ready Files 🚨

One of the biggest causes of printing issues is artwork that isn’t supplied at the correct size.

When artwork is resized without keeping the original proportions, it becomes distorted, stretched, or compressed, resulting in a print that doesn’t look as intended.

📏 Print Ready Files

To keep turnaround times fast and your prints accurate, we ask that artwork is supplied print ready.

A file is NOT print ready if:
❌ Your design isn’t sized correctly.
❌ The artwork sits on a large artboard with lots of empty/dead space.
❌ Backgrounds need removing.
❌ Colour changes or edits are required.
❌ We need to resize or rebuild your artwork before printing.

Because these files require manual setup, all email orders that are not print ready or gang sheet ready will incur a 10% artwork setup fee.

This helps cover the additional time needed to prepare your files while allowing us to continue offering fast turnaround times for everyone.

💙 The easiest way to avoid this fee is to upload a correctly sized, print-ready gang sheet through our website.

Happy Father’s Day to me… 😅

Thought I had this whole “dad + business owner + professional multitasker” thing figured out.

So naturally, I left the DTF machine running unattended because, in my infinite wisdom, I was just going to do one quick thing.

Famous. Last. Words.

A few minutes later, the printer decided to remind me who’s actually in charge and delivered the most violent print head strike I have ever witnessed. It looked less like a print job and more like a crime scene investigation.

💥 2 print heads destroyed
💥 $5,000 lesson learned
💥 Ego fully recalibrated

The good news? Two shiny new print heads are installed and we’re back in business.

The bad news? Apparently “multitasking” is just a fancy word for “creating expensive problems faster.”

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there. May your grills stay lit, your naps stay uninterrupted, and your print heads avoid direct impact with absolutely everything. 😂👊
