Artisan Jewelry by Teesha will be set up at this Juneteenth Celebration!!

Freedom. Culture. Heritage. Community.

Sacramento’s Juneteenth celebration returns to the California State Capitol on June 17, and this year’s event brings together music, history, and unity in the heart of the city.

Presented by the California Legislative Black Caucus, this free community celebration features a live concert with Grammy Award-winning r&b artist Goapele, NPR Tiny Desk winners The Philharmonik, and the Grant Union High School Drumline.

And Sacramento, be sure to stop by and say hello—the Queens at Night of 97.5 FM KDEE will be making a special appearance.

Bring your folding chairs, blankets, food, water, and umbrellas, then settle in for an evening celebrating our freedom, our legacy, and our future.
