Even if those things take you down a sacrificial path ,

you miss important moments because your on this path ,

On a path trying to build yourself ,

On a path ,

where you have to isolate yourself,

to go to war ,

against yourself ,

We don’t mean to miss birthdays , dinners or celebrations, or to make you feel not wanted

It’s just that right now ,

at this moment ,

we are at war with ourselves ,

And we have to make sacrifices to conquer this war ,

I”m at war with myself,
and this path no matter how hard it’s gets ,

Because this path was for me to conquer and this war within myself was to fuel me along the way ,

Shout out to these gentlemen for wearing the badge with honor , doing it humbly and for the pure love for the sport! There is no other team we rather be with than with this team .

We have been through a lot together , our coaches are like family , our athletes are literally our friends who we know at a personal level ,

We have the highest of expectations for each other and create the space to be able to support one another ,

Our people our humble , we literally love what we do , the energy we emit is just indescribable,

We have all built each other up in ways that go beyond it all,

We strive to also support each other in the darkest of times ,

Hey everyone , come check us out at both #76 at this weekend 7/20/24 at joint Expo at Safe Credit Union Convention Center here in Sacramento California.

IFBB PRO will be front and center with team both doing a meet & greet and will also be the official goest posing coach for the event .

We are that push of energy that faces those daily struggles of life ,

Those mental , physical and all the above ….

The pain that we often silence and learn to redirect ,

The pain we learn to cope with in a positive way ,

We often learn that nothing ever gets easy but you learn to cope with this by eating right , taking care of your mental , having solid social circle , taking care of family but overall constantly improving yourself,
