Meet the power couple ! 💪💖 With every strong man, there is an equally strong woman by his side. Introducing the other half of , a dynamic husband and wife duo who inspires us all.

While Lee is a renowned Ironman, his wife Ka is no less a powerhouse, standing beside him as an Ironwoman. Together, they break the rules and defy the status quo, showing us what true partnership and resilience look like. 🌟

We honor the Yawg Laib (fearless male warrior), but let’s not forget the Poj Laib (brave female warrior) who stands right beside him. Their journey reminds us that together, we can achieve greatness and overcome any challenge.

Hmong Threads Fam!

We are incredibly proud of , one of the first Hmong athletes to complete the Iron Man Challenge! 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ This monumental event includes a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a 26.2-mile marathon run—all within 17 hours, totaling 140.6 miles of sheer endurance and dedication. 💪

Lee Ka's journey is a testament to the strength and spirit of our community. Sometimes, the Yawg Laib (our courageous male warrior) emerges to show us what we are truly capable of when we push our limits and believe in ourselves. 🌟

Let's come together to celebrate Lee Ka's inspiring achievement and continue to support one another in reaching for our dreams.

As we celebrate Hmong-American Memorial Day, let's bow our heads in reverence to those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the shadows of the Vietnam War, the secret warriors of Laos. Their courage, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication to our country's values deserve our deepest respect and gratitude.

Today, as we enjoy the privileges of liberty, let's pause to remember the faces of our grandfathers, fathers, brothers, friends, and loved ones who bravely fought for the promise of a new beginning in the United States.
