For all custom apparel and personalized item requests, please fill out my Custom Order Form. This helps me gather all the details needed to bring your idea to life!

▫️ How do I inquire about wedding or event services?

Flat-rate shipping is $8. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Current turnaround time is approximately 14 business days. This may vary depending on order volume, customization, and current projects. Please confirm the estimated completion date at the time of purchase.

▫️ Payment
An invoice will be sent via email after your order details have been reviewed. Payment is required within 24 hours to secure your order.

Accepted payments: Cash, Credit & Debit

▫️ Refunds & Order Issues
Because custom items are made specifically for you, all sales are final.

• Lost or stolen packages: store credit may be issued
• Damaged items: please contact me with photos, and I will work with you to resolve the issue. If the item cannot be repaired or resolved, the item will be remade.

✨ A Little Bit About Me…

Hi, I’m Krystal — owner of This & That by Krystal 📍 Saginaw, MI!

My journey into crafting and creating custom items began in 2022, shortly after the birth of my daughter. What started as a creative outlet and personal passion quickly grew into something I never imagined, and I’m so grateful for every person who has supported me along the way.

In 2024, I expanded This & That to include event planning and coordination services, with a special focus on weddings. Being able to help couples bring their dream day to life, take away some of the stress, and be part of such special moments has truly become a passion of mine.

I’m also excited to continue growing This & That through new opportunities, including my partnership with Panda Sports 🐼, which began at the end of May. This partnership allows me to offer custom athletic apparel for teams and organizations, including full dye jerseys, ball pants, BP jackets, and more!

Whether you’re looking for custom apparel, business branding, wedding details, event coordination, or team gear — I’m here to help bring your ideas to life!

Outside of This & That, I’m a Veterinary Technician, a proud mom to my daughter, and partner to my supportive other half, Hunter, who you’ll often see helping behind the scenes at events.

Our home is filled with love, laughter, and plenty of fur thanks to our dog and three cats who keep life busy and entertaining. 🐾
