Building muscle is all about good training and good, balanced nutrition.

To maximize muscle growth, it's important to consume adequate amounts of protein, fats, and carbohydrates.

A good rule of thumb is to aim for around 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight per day, as well as to get 0.45g of fat per lb of bodyweight and some carbohydrates.

As to training, you would need to progressively challenge the body in a way that you’ve never done before.

In the context of weight training, this would mean increasing the number of sets, repetitions, the amount of weight, and also, the frequency of training.

Don’t make big leaps, though! Keep it simple and modest.

With the right training and nutrition, you'll be on your way to building the muscle you want.

The squat is a staple exercise for anyone looking to build muscle and strength. There are many different variations of the squat, but the barbell squat is considered the king.

However, the overhead squat may be even harder.

It requires more mobility and stability in the shoulders, core, and hips.
Now, certainly, you don’t have to load the bar as Olympic lifters do, but I believe this is one of the best exercises to warm up your entire body and an especially viable option in the context of improving mobility.
