I have to tell you that purchasing the lift table for the Innova has been a fantastic investment for me. I would highly recommend it to anyone! Because of my back issues, before the lift, I would have to take breaks about every 30 to 45 mins. Now with the lift I am quilting much longer before any breaks and I am able to quilt all day long with little adverse effects. I'm able to raise and lower the table depending on how I'm feeling for the day and how I'm quilting. The lift is just wonderful for me! Thanks, Cindy
