To all my friends/ alterations customers, I unfortunately have to add a new protocol, if you “No call, No show” for an appointment it will be an automatic $20 charge on your alterations.  I am not trying to be rude or greedy but I am packed with appointments and when someone doesn’t show or atleast respectfully call me that is an appointment wasted that could have gone to someone else that needed it and my time waiting is wasted when I could be working on a clients dress.

Ladies: Since most of the dresses I work on are pagant/prom gowns there are a few simple things that you will need to know. 😉

You will need to make an appointment so that I don’t have more than one girl showing up at a time as some girls don’t want others to see their dresses till the big reveal the day of the pagent/prom!

There will also not be any picture taken of dresses here unless it is of your own dress by you or your parents.

When you drop off/ pick up a dress you will need to sign for your dress.

Alterations on previously altered dresses will be on a dress by dress basis. Some dresses may not be able to be altered again if done so by someone else previously.

I am available on an emergency basis so don’t hesitate to call. There may be a rush order fee.

Dresses will need to be to me ATLEAST 1/2 weeks prior to the event.
