Changes in my health and changes in my relationships with people who NO longer deserved to have access to me. As a mother of 4 children and 7 grandchildren, I needed to find MY passion again, I desperately NEEDED to LOVE ME!! I had spend my entire life loving and giving to everyone else, but ME! I raised my children, and they are all successful adults living on their own. The empty-nester life brought me a void in my heart and a great sense of sadness, depression & loneliness. What do I do with my time now? How do I pick up the pieces of my life? Mama needed her GROOVE back!! God placed a WELLNESS business in my life on July 19, 2025 after dealing with years of CHRONIC health issues and a traumatic divorce.
