My Mom. Lydia Padgett passed away Saturday night around 11:30. Roughy 5 weeks after a lung cancer diagnosis. I will be helping my father deal with a few things and get shoes or do refunds as quickly as possible. Then we are closing permanently. Thank you.

Hi everyone. We have closed down our website. We will be filling orders as soon as we can but not taking new ones at all. I’m able to walk some but have to be careful. My mother is now fighting lung cancer and it’s taking me longer to process orders and travel to help my Dad with her. Not been a good year !

Steve is having a procedure on his foot to hopefully help it heal. They are taking blood platelets and other stuff and going to place it in the wound. He’s still not allowed to walk or stand on the foot due to the possibility of it tearing open. As soon as he’s better we can get things straightened out. He almost lost his left foot from this.

Hello everyone. Due to my foot injury that requires me to stay off of it due to the risk of tearing it open again. Krystal and I will not be at Smokey Mountain Encore or Southern Clogging Invitational. Im sorry about all of the delays and missing out on great events. I almost lost my foot due to this. I’m working on getting shoes here so I can send out shoes that have been in back order. Please continue to be patient with us. This hasn’t been easy.

I will be so glad when this heals!! I’m glad I didn’t lose it but man I’ve got things to do !!

Hi everyone. Working on orders as best I can. I’ve got a pretty big tear on my left foot that they tell me is going to take about 12 weeks or more to heal. I’m in a boot that will be changed to a cast that will prevent me from putting weight on my foot wrong. Still on antibiotics and no walking around. I’m putting taps on shoes and shipping them anyway. Hopefully there won’t be anymore ice or snow storms. Being without power sucked. But I’m glad we have a generator. Hope everyone is doing well.

Hi everyone. Now that the ice has melted and the trees cleared up. We will be shipping out what we have ready. I have an appointment with a wound specialist tomorrow for my foot. Still looks rough. Hoping for good news.

Ok. I’m back home. Had 2 stents put in to improve blood flow. Foot still ugly but healing. I’m not allowed to walk on it for 2 weeks. Thanks everybody for your prayers and support. Trying to get me someone to come up and put taps on shoes that I have.

Hi everyone. I’m in the hospital fighting a pretty serious blood infection in my left leg. I apparently had a soling nail like the ones I use to put taps on go through my shoe and kept cutting my foot. I’m diabetic and had that stroke so I couldn’t feel anything. I will be having surgery today to put stents in my left leg to improve circulation today. Then I can get back to work on shoes that are coming in.

We pray that everyone had a wonderful Christmas. We will be closed until January 5th. Our suppliers closed last Monday and we were unable to get anything sent to us before they did. I apologize to everyone that is still waiting for your orders. We will do everything we can to get our back orders in and shipped as soon as the shoes and taps arrive to us. Thank you
