🌹 THIS ONE IS MAKING IT HARD TO BE A SELLER! 🌹

I LOVE this little vintage pitcher! The soft cream with that dusty blush/brown shading, the sweet little red roses, the embossed detailing around the rim, that gorgeous handle… and then there’s the light crazing. 😍 You all know by now that crazing will get me every single time!

It’s unmarked and measures approximately 6½” tall x 7” wide. It would be absolutely gorgeous filled with dried florals—and I can already picture it that way in my bedroom. 😂

But I’m behaving and giving you all first dibs for a few days before I decide it belongs to me!

🌹 EVERY BEAUTIFUL OLD PIECE DESERVES A SECOND CHANCE 🌹

This little vintage pitcher & basin set is just too adorable! That warm yellow, the raised pink and yellow roses, the little green leaves and all of that sweet detailing—I couldn’t leave this one behind. ❤️

Now, she has definitely lived a little life. The pitcher has significant chipping around the bottom along with some staining and age-related wear, all shown in the photos. But you know what I always say—the wear shows that a piece has lived, and don’t all beautiful old things deserve a second chance?

I got a great deal on this little set and decided to rescue it, so I’m passing that deal right along. I’m not looking to make much on of anything on this one—I’d just really love to see someone give her a home. 🥹

The pitcher measures approximately 5” tall and the basin is approximately 4” wide.

$4 to give a wonderful old piece a new life 💛

Put her on a shelf, tuck her into a little vignette, add a few dried flowers—or simply let her be perfectly imperfect just as she is. 🌹

🍂 YOU LOVED THE LAST ONE SO MUCH… SO I FOUND ANOTHER! 🍂

The last vintage Japanese teapot I posted got so much love that when I spotted another one, I knew I had to grab it!

And seriously, could this one be any more perfect for fall decorating?! 🤎🍂 That rich deep brown glaze, colorful raised floral detailing and gold accents are SO good together. The faceted shape just adds even more character.

This one is just a tiny bit smaller than the last one, measuring approximately 5” tall and 7” wide from spout to handle. It would be beautiful tucked into a fall hutch, shelf or vignette—and pretty enough to leave out long after fall is gone!

This beauty can be yours for $18!

🌹 Okay, This One Is Going to Hurt! 🌹

I saved this one for last because I already KNOW I’m going to regret it the second someone comments SOLD. 😂

This was absolutely bought for my own house. I fell in love with the whole thing—the soft, moody pink rose, the darker background, and especially that gorgeous ornate gold frame. The frame has so much detail, from the raised floral and scrollwork to the beaded inner border and aged finish. It just looks OLD and romantic, and those are apparently two things I have absolutely no resistance to. 😂

It measures approximately 11” x 13” overall and the floral print is under glass.

This would be beautiful tucked into a gallery wall, sitting on a shelf, or layered in with other old frames and collected pieces. And yes, I have already reconsidered selling it approximately 14 times while writing this post. 😂

$20

Someone please just buy it quickly before I change my mind. Or don’t. I really haven’t decided which outcome I’m rooting for. 😂

🤎 Vintage Daisy Ironstone Set 🤎

Here’s another one I bought for my own house and then went another direction. Apparently tonight is all about selling things I’ll probably wish I kept later. 😂

This vintage Daisy Ironstone sugar bowl & creamer set is SO pretty! That warm caramel/amber glaze paired with the dark embossed daisy band around the bottoms is what got me.

It’s also the perfect coloring for this time of year because whether the weather agrees or not, it’s definitely time to start decorating for fall! 🍂

Both pieces are marked Daisy Ironstone • Made in Japan • Pattern 4268, and the sugar bowl still has its matching lid.

They’re in excellent vintage condition with no callouts that I can see.

$12 for the set

I had every intention of mixing these in with my own old pieces, but I cannot keep everything I fall in love with. Apparently. 😂

🍂 A Pair of Beautiful Wildlife Prints for $5 Each! 🍂

Tonight’s posts are going to be a little painful for me. 😂 These are all things I bought with every intention of using in my own house, then went another direction. I’ll probably kick myself later, but here we are!

These are Ken Zylla commemorative wildlife prints, and both have such beautiful fall coloring.

🦆 “A Likely Refuge” — featuring mallards flying over an autumn wetland scene.

🐦 “Nary a Care” — a 1986 print featuring ring-necked pheasants along a rural stream and bridge.

Both are approximately 13” x 17.5”, unframed, and have the pencil signature and little sketch/remarque along the bottom.

These do show their age. A Likely Refuge has some age spotting, and Nary a Care has some creasing, all shown in the photos. They’re still beautiful prints and I’m pricing them VERY accordingly!

$5 EACH

For $5 each, these could make some pretty stunning wall decor! Find them a great old frame and you’d never know they were a $5 find.

Payment is due within 24 HOURS to hold your item or it will be placed available for sale.

This picture is my goal for my house. 💗

Not because everything matches perfectly or because it looks like something out of a magazine. It’s because everything tells a story.

That stained, heavily crazed old creamer? I saw it and absolutely had to have it. The more staining and crazing an old piece has, the more I love it because, like I always say, it tells me it’s lived a life before it ever found its way to me.

Now it holds dried baby’s breath and roses from two of my favorite boys, Mason and Rylan, from Valentine’s Day. Those were actually the first flowers Rylan ever bought me with his own money. I dried them because I couldn’t bring myself to throw them away. Someday they’ll just look like really old flowers to someone else, but I’ll always know exactly what they mean.

Then there’s our wedding picture sitting in an old, vintage ornate frame. I have no idea whose pictures that frame held before ours or how many years it spent in someone else’s home. Now it holds one of our memories.

And that old phone…I just had to have it. I can’t help but wonder about all the conversations that were once had on it. The good news, the bad news, the everyday calls that probably seemed insignificant at the time but would mean everything to someone now.

That’s what I want my home to feel like.

I want it filled with things that mean something. Evidence that we lived. Things that have already lived a life and things from our own life that I hope my kids will someday hold onto.

I wish I had kept more when I was younger. But when we’re young, we don’t always realize how much those little things are going to mean someday.

So keep them. Keep all the little things.

Dry the flowers. Keep the handwritten notes and cards. Take the pictures, be in the pictures — and actually print some of them. When Grandma or Great-Grandma offers you something, take it. Even if it isn’t your style right now. Even if you have no idea what you’re going to do with it. Keep it until you are absolutely sure you’ll never wish you had it back.

Because time is such a thief. Moments pass entirely too fast, and eventually the little things we kept become reminders that those moments really happened.

Maybe that’s one of the biggest reasons I love old things so much.

The past doesn’t always have to be about the bad things we need to learn from or mistakes we don’t want to repeat. It can be about joy. Love. Family. Ordinary days that turned out not to be so ordinary after all. And sometimes it can simply be wondering about someone else’s memories while giving a beautiful old piece another chance to keep living.

So dry the flowers. Take the pictures. Save the little things. Take Grandma’s dish when she offers it.

Keep the memories alive. And someday, pass them down. ❤️

✨ MAKE-AN-OFFER MONDAY! ✨

It’s Monday again, so here’s your reminder that YES—I really do want you to send me those offers! 😂❤️

If you’ve had your eye on something, or maybe missed it the first time around, scroll back through the page and see what’s still AVAILABLE!

And please don’t worry about offending me with an offer. You’re not going to hurt my feelings! 😂 If you know me, you know I LOVE to barter, so the back-and-forth is part of the fun.

Here’s how it works:

• Find an AVAILABLE item from a previous post.
• Comment “Sending an offer!” on the ORIGINAL post.
• MESSAGE the page with your fair and reasonable offer.
• I may say YES, counter, or occasionally have to pass.

This helps me move inventory and make room for all the great stuff I already have stored away waiting to be posted—and I seriously need the room! 😂

Make-An-Offer Monday is TODAY ONLY! Tomorrow, everything goes back to its listed price.

If we make a deal, payment is due immediately, and pickup within 48 hours would be greatly appreciated. ❤️

And while you’re shopping… I started a HOUSE CLEAN OUT yesterday over on my personal page too! 😂 I’m posting things from around the house as I go, so feel free to hop over there and take a look too!

Now go dig through those posts and SEND ME THOSE OFFERS! ❤️😂
