The first store was located at the corner of Silverton Rd and Brown Rd. Just a few blocks from our current location in Salem, Oregon. In 1979, we expanded to two stores. One in Woodburn on Pacific Hwy, and one in Salem at the corner of Silverton Rd and Lancaster Dr. In 1986, Wayne and Mike decided to separate the two stores, with Wayne owning and operating the Woodburn store and Mike owning and op
erating the Salem location. We moved to our current location in January 1992. By 1994 we were once again out of space to stock all of the merchandise we needed to be the one stop Western store we had planned. In 1994 our Ranch and Feed store was completed, giving us a total of 18,000 sq. of retail space in our two stores. In 1995 we added a 6,000 sq. warehouse behind the retail stores. Double 'H' Western Wear and Double 'H' Ranch & Feed Stores are wholly owned by Damic Inc., a family owned Oregon Corporation. Family owned and operated for over 43 years, our goal is to be the most complete western outfitter in the Northwest. We stock 250 Western saddles, over 60 trailers, more than 3,500 pairs of boots, hundreds of bits, pads, and bridles, a huge selection of jeans, shirts, dresses and hats, the best selection of Breyer and Painted Ponies collection and an outstanding collection of Western furnishings and decor. As amazing as our inventory is, customer service will always be our strongest emphasis. We offer hat cleaning and shaping, saddle fitting, and boot repairs. As for how we treat you, our customer, we strive to follow the Golden Rule, we try always to " treat others as we would like to be treated".
