So, just a quick update (because there are so many more important issues in our world right now).

Yesterday was the one-year anniversary of my bicycle versus car incident. I would just like to let everyone know that I am doing great! Feeling positive and even riding better than before the crash.

There are still a number of issues, but I am hoping for them to improve. I am at least learning to live with them.

Once again I want to thank all my Family and Friends for all the love and support!

PS- I also do not wish anybody to feel scared or worried about riding a bicycle on the road due to my situation. Please just be smart and careful. WEAR YOUR HELMET! Pay attention, Carey I.D., and use front and rear lights at all times of day if you can. And most importantly...

ALWAYS WEAR YOUR HELMET!! Especially when getting hit by a car. This is mine from 10 days ago, just got home from Shock Trauma. This S-Works helmet and Road ID 100% saved my life!
