Drifting through my last Christmas launch, and dreaming up hypothetical designs for my imaginary holiday launch. These Peppermint Sticks were the very best of my line designs, and boy, did they smell scrumptious!

I can’t believe it’s already been four months since I last made a batch of soap! It’s a little weird to be missing the maker’s Christmas season this year, but I’m welcoming the break and looking forward to coming back in the future. ☺️

I guess as I prepare to leave the place I've called home for so long, it's making me a little nostalgic for the place where I was born. California Dreamin is one of two Southern California inspired soaps in this release. Dream is scented in a delicious, crisp, clean blend of orange, lemon, white jasmine, lily of the valley, geranium and musk that is absolutely incredible, and features and adorable cactus garden atop a super fun and vivid interpretation of a high desert mountain range. It was finished a little late for our farewell release, but I’m going to offer them anyway with the stipulation that you all PLEASE allow them a few weeks to cure before using them. (I trust you. 😉)

California Poppy. 🌻 Scented in Cactus Flower + Jade, a rich bright scent that makes me think of spring wildflowers, which couldn’t be more perfect! She’s a simple, single color soap, with ground calendula petals and lavender buds that give the bar a super gentle, pleasing scrubbiness. (PS, fellow soapers, this one accelerates big time and causes expansion and cracking!) Available in our final release, TOMORROW, Saturday, June 11th at 8 am MST.
