Ok friends-I hate to make this post but it is getting out of hand. We try to make it as easy as possible for you to drop off and we spend countless hours going through your items, hanging, tagging, steaming, lint rolling, cleaning shoes to get you the most fair price. Lately we are getting a large percentage of items that are damaged, smell, not washed, shoes caked in mud, etc. Wash and clean your items!! We only accept in season, clean and in good condition. If this doesn’t improve we will start going through your items when brought in which will make you wait for us to do so as we accept or reject. This will also require you to bring items in hung and wrinkle free. We can not continue to spend hours going through dirty items. Today we have a breast pump with caked up milk inside. We want this to be an easy resource for you to resell but if it not clean and in condition we will start throwing them away. I am sorry to have to make this post but it is to this point. We have some amazing consignors who follow the rules and we thank you for your support and understanding.
