-Processing time
About 3-8 days for accessories, 2-5 weeks for shop items, and time frames will vary from 8-12 weeks for custom orders. Shipment delays do not q
ualify for refunds, so please make sure you let me know ahead of time if an item is time sensitive. and I can provide rush shipping at an additional cost that will be invoiced via Squarespace if advised beforehand or Paypal if order payment has already been made.
-Customs and import taxes
I currently do not ship out of the US but hope to open that up in the near future.
-Returns & exchanges
I am a custom-made shop and therefore do not accept returns or exchanges, but I will however happily make minor alterations to the garments if needed at no extra cost. Larger alterations or big changes may incur an additional cost, so please make sure to read sizing chart carefully or provide your measurements to avoid any issues. Email me at [email protected] to let me know what alterations are needed before returning a package. I allow and will pay for return shipping on orders over $150 if further alterations are needed. Orders under $150 can also ship items back for alterations at purchaser’s expense.
-Custom orders
For custom, non-shop orders, I take special care and make sure to keep you updated with photos every step of the way. I will not ship the garment until it has been approved. Additional charges may incur if any major changes are desired to the original agreed upon design past the middle stages of completion. Please allow between 8-12 weeks for completion of custom gowns. I will also provide alterations as needed if for any reason the fit is not quite right. Rush orders can also be placed at an additional cost. As previously stated, please be sure to communicate with me if an item is time sensitive. For custom orders, I allow and will pay for return shipping on orders over $150 if further alterations are needed. Custom orders under $150 can also ship items back for alterations at purchaser’s expense.
-Hemming/Alterations
Only available in San Antonio, TX. You may drop off/pick up your items, or I can pick up/drop off for an added $15 fee
Items will be returned upon payment.
