We are participating in a fundraiser for a fellow BST rep Aurora (age 7) and her family. Aurora’s mom, Lindsay, has kept her condition private; but Aurora is in the final stages of a very aggressive and inoperable brain cancer.
This has been a long road for their family. Doctors don’t have an exact time line, except to say there are 6 weeks of radiation left to try and extend time. Her timeline is unknown, but up to 6 months. Aurora turns 8 on March 28th and this will be her last birthday on earth.
Lindsay’s biggest thing is she doesnt want anyone looking at her differently or treating her differently. Sadly, she has accepted that she is in need of help to make Aurora’s bucket list dreams come true. Her ECC family has worked hard to fulfill sweet Aurora’s dreams, but they are asking help from the BST community to help this family make the most of what time is left and take some of the financial strain from medical bills off Lindsay.
