One of my FAVORITE things about owning a thrift store is seeing people’s personalities come through the door with their donations! 🥹☀️💗

I love when unique, whimsical home pieces get donated because you truly never know what’s going to show up at Sunlit. Someone’s old treasure gets to become someone else’s “OMG I NEED THIS!” 🫶🏼🩷

We’re growing our little Sunlit team and looking for TWO part-time Store Associates! We’re especially hoping to find people who are already familiar with Sunlit, what we do, and the welcoming + community-centered space we’ve created. ☀️

📣 OPEN INTERVIEWS
📅 Tuesday, September 1st
⏰ 3 PM–7 PM
📍 Sunlit Thrift

Our Store Associates help with bagging purchases + assisting guests, sorting donations, hanging/tagging merchandise, putting new items on the floor, and keeping Sunlit clean + organized. It’s a hands-on position, so expect to stay busy and jump in wherever needed! ♻️🛍️

🌞 POSITION 1:
Wed–Fri • 2–6 PM

🌞 POSITION 2:
Fri • 2:30–6:30 PM
Sat • 12:30–4:30 PM
Sun • 1–5 PM

Please make sure you’re available for the full set schedule of the position you’re interested in.

It’s been a rough weekend for so many San Antonians. 🩷

Our family was also affected by Friday night’s storm and spent two nights without power before finally getting it back this morning. Last night, my mom, Georgia 🐕‍🦺 and I actually spent the night at Sunlit because the store had AC.

We know there are still families around San Antonio without power today. If you need to get out of the heat for a little while, Sunlit is open from 12–5PM with AC ☀️ Come in, browse, thrift, and enjoy some cool air.

Our FREE community food pantry is also stocked and available to anyone who may need a little extra help right now. No purchase necessary. 🩷
