Back in 2001 we planted a seed in the streets that make up downtown San Carlos. We opened a store and called it Urbanization. Our mission was to create a shopping experience for people who looked for a little of their own freedom in the clothes they wore.

In the last 20 years, we connected with our local community, built tons of meaningful relationships, hosted super cool (and super fun) fashion shows and helped a lot of people and furry friends by using our network and store to give something back.

We weathered through multiple recessions and a global pandemic keeping our mission in mind with each passing day.

As our little town evolved throughout the years, so did we. We grew up with our customers and loved catering to their intelligence, individuality and creativity.

Now, after two decades we have accomplished our mission, daring to dream again and moving on from our beloved little town to pursue other life goals. We will always be growing, evolving and learning.

Over the next couple of weeks, we will be open to give everybody a chance to stop by and pick up some goodies from your favorite brands one last time and bid farewell to Jenny before her big move to sunny San Diego.

After that, we will be open with limited hours of operation for the time being. We look forward to seeing everybody. It’s been our pleasure to grow up with you San Carlos! Until next time… 💞
