15 years ago today, I made a decision to change my way of living!!

I was beat down, in the darkness, and had nowhere else to turn but up. It definitely wasn’t easy climbing out of all the wreckage I had put myself through, along with everyone and everything around me.

Today is a different story. I’ve turned my life around mentally, physically, and spiritually. It’s not always rainbows and butterflies, but it’s definitely not the darkness I was living in 15 years ago.

If you’re struggling with alcohol or addiction, just know that change is possible.
