Two days ago, I was supposed to come back to the US for an event I had been looking forward to attending for a long time. The event was particularly significant as it marked the launch of my new collection of "wearable paintings," which would also celebrate 8 years since I moved to San Diego, California.

Unfortunately, while on a vacation in Moldova, I received an unexpected medical diagnosis that required surgery, leaving me no choice but to focus completely on my recovery. As a result, the launch of the new collection has been postponed, and I won't be able to attend the event in person this Saturday.

Although I won't be there physically, my creations from older collections will still be showcased. ❤️ My heart will be there.
This marks the first time my artwork will be showcased without me being physically present alongside the models.

I'm deeply grateful to Carly Frederick | House of Carly Creative and Maria Kucherenko | American Modeling Academy, for your understanding, effort and dedication.

Many thanks to the entire team for their hard work and passion; I know how much effort goes into making these events happen, and I'm truly sorry that I won't be able to join you in person.

I could write something superficial, as superficiality is popular and trendy nowadays. However, I have never liked trends and have always avoided superficiality or anything lacking soul. The phrase "Under the surface of the earth lies hot magma" has stuck with me since I memorized it from a geography book at 14 or 15 years old. Little did I know it would resonate with me for the rest of my life. I have always been drawn to depth and pursued art to follow my inner calling.

How do the eyes become deeper? Is it through time, wisdom, pain, or strong connection with your authentic self? Everyone on earth has experienced pain, and people often escape from their hurts, avoiding emotions and intimacy in various ways. My refuge has always been art. But art can't escape pain, as it's born from intense emotions, solitude, and depth. I have healed through art countless times, creating vibrant art.
But why is it so colorful still?

Art is a reflection of the soul. An artist with genuine intentions paints from the heart on canvas. While some art is created solely for financial gain, that's not authentic art anymore. Authentic art stems from a calling, honesty, and sacrifice. Artists create to liberate themselves from the burden of their soul's calling, and only through honest creations can they genuinely touch people's souls.

I have recently painted this puppy and created a new 'wearable painting.' I will show you the result soon.

As a child, I was surrounded by animals and birds, whom I offered affection, warmth, and unconditional love. Over the years, I brought home many dogs and cats abandoned on the streets in Moldova. I used to tie red bows around their necks so that I could more easily convince my parents to let me keep them. I could see their hurt souls in their eyes, and I wanted to save those animals. I deeply felt their sadness and wanted to heal them with love. Psychology would explain a lot in this regard.

And now I remember when I was 8 years old, I saved a chicken from our yard that had gotten ill. I had taken care of her for a week, and miraculously, she started walking again. She walked swaying and limping, and when she saw me, she would jump into my arms and hide on my chest. How grateful a bird could be!
How about people?

I searched for a soul in everything and everyone. Empathy and the purity of soul are sensitivity - the true power of humanity. The beauty of life is in these little things, being connected with authenticity. I create from all these things, and I will never stop.
Nothing else matters.
