Some exciting news is coming! 🎉

We’re thrilled to announce an upcoming collaboration with ultramarathon runner Taylor Rockwell.

Taylor has been accepted to compete in the Moab 240, a grueling 240-mile ultramarathon through the desert. With the race field traditionally made up of approximately 80% men, she is helping pave the way for more girls and women in endurance sports.

To support her journey, YGIG will be launching a special collaboration merch collection. 10% of all proceeds from the collection will go directly to Taylor to help cover race expenses as she prepares for this incredible challenge.

At YGIG, we believe in supporting women who dare to dream big, break barriers, and inspire the next generation of female athletes. Taylor embodies exactly what the YGIG mission is all about.

Being the first girl on my high school’s wrestling team taught me the power of one person stepping outside their comfort zone. Through wrestling and coaching, I saw firsthand the lack of scholarship opportunities available to female athletes and the number of talented girls whose dreams were limited by a lack of support.

That’s why I started YGIG - YOU GOT IT GIRL.

My dream is for girls to continue to pioneer, break barriers, and realize that anything is possible. Every purchase helps us invest back into the next generation of women in sports through scholarships and opportunities.

Because when one girl believes she can, she inspires countless others to do the same.

This is how I gained my confidence and passion for starting my own company YGIG - YOU GOT IT GIRL. Being a the first female athlete to join the men’s wrestling team allowed me to see the power of one. One person following their dreams and stepping outside their comfort zone can start a movement. Womens wrestling is now one of the fastest growing sports. Being a female athlete in a male dominated sport allowed me to gain confidence to create something even bigger. A movement where girls can be proud of the obstacles they have overcome and can feel supported in their endeavors.

YGIG was built on the belief that every girl deserves to be reminded that she is capable of more than she thinks. Through our apparel and community, we aim to empower girls and women to pursue their goals with confidence, whether that’s in sports, business, school, or life. We also give back by funding women’s athletics and scholarships, helping the next generation of female athletes chase their dreams. What started as a simple phrase- You Got It Girl” - has grown into a mission to encourage girls to believe in themselves, take up space, and know that they are never alone in their journey. Every challenge they overcome becomes proof of what they’re capable of achieving.

🚨 SCHOLARSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

We are thrilled to announce that we are able to award not one, but TWO female athletes the YGIG (YOU GOT IT GIRL) Scholarship to help them pursue their dreams in sports.

When we launched this scholarship, we planned to award one recipient. After receiving 566 applications and seeing the incredible stories, determination, and passion of these athletes, we knew we wanted to do more.

Because of your support, we are now able to award TWO scholarships.

Thank you to everyone who has purchased, donated, shared our mission, and supported YGIG along the way. In just two years, we have been able to award FOUR female athletes $1,000 scholarships to help them continue pursuing their athletic dreams.

Reading these applications has been an honor. The resilience, dedication, and tenacity of these young women inspire us every day. We can’t wait for the day when we’re able to support even more athletes.
