✨New Smoothie Recipe✨
Ingredients:
💥1 cup of Kale
💥1 cup of Spinach
💥1 tbs of Turmeric Root
💥1/3 cup of frozen mixed berries
💥1 Scoop of Protein Powder
💥Splash of Milk or Water (Milk makes it creamy)
💥Hand full of Ice
So so yummy! 😋 I’ll even add some CHIA or H**P seeds in it if I need more fiber!!
I LOVE smoothies because I’m able to put in what ever I want, the possibilities are ENDLESS!!!! I can add what ever is needed to manipulate my macros for the day. I can add something sweet if I have a sweet tooth. You can just add or take out what ever you want and I suggest that you do!! Mixing it up, even if it’s just 1 ingredient keeps it fresh and new so you won’t ever get tired of it!!!
The main reason I added in a smoothie in the mornings was for the protein. I’m currently working my way up to 166 grams per day. 🤯 In order to do so I had to add MORE PROTEIN. I still pair my smoothie with a second breakfast/ snack about an hour after finishing just to fill in that gap with my macros.
