2 weeks ago East County Ballet Conservatory presented Alice in Wonderland. 🫅🎩🐇❤️ I was commissioned to create 38 head peices for lots of the characters. It was a really creative project and had a lot of fun making them. The show was absolutely amazing to watch. Thank You ECBC for the opportunity to be part of such a great production.

My 10 year begged me to make him a Hawaiian shirt for school today, Animal Crossing is releasing a Lego collection today and he wanted to be his avatar. 😂 So I took one of my husband XL shirts and shrunk it to fit him in an hour. Pretty happy with the results with it being done in such a short period of time.

A former US Marine asked if I could turn is issued sleeping bag into a jacket for his toddler. It was falling apart after several deployments. There was so much material I was able to make one for him too. Hers has a soft minky lining and his is a jersey knit with an added a touch of camo print. I loved having this opportunity for upcycling something so personal. Thank you for your service Dustin🇺🇸

Was able to return these stockings to a client today. She asked me to “zuzz them up”. They are from an old flannel sheet her mom had made simple stocking from. It was a fun and creative project to make them individualized for each family member.

Started the year with 2 baby gift sets.

A gender neutral Pooh Bear set, with a last name of Trinidad I had to have some fun with it. Baby will be here any day…

The other is for a sweet baby girl born 3 weeks ago.

Love trying new ideas and seeing it all come together.

Happy New Years!!!! 2023 was the busiest and most creative year. Thank you for all the support and opportunities that I was given. I looked forward to 2024 and what creations (and alterations) lay ahead.

🎶It’s the most magical time of year! ❤️🎄

I had the honor of making Father Christmas and his wife new outfits. The velvet was custom ordered to match his mothers tree skirt. The vest was made to have pockets for his pocket watch.

They enjoyed a night out at a Lindsey Sterling concert last week, who even acknowledged them during her performance.

This was a BIG project and it was so much fun working with them so closely to make it how they envisioned.

I saw this $3 throw at WalMart and loved the colors and pattern. I didn’t need another throw, but could always use a light jacket. It’s been awhile since I made something for myself & was a good Sunday project. It’s my own pattern that I freehand cut the peices. I wore it last night and it was perfect for a San Diego fall evening.

Repaired a duvet for amazing client. The top panel was just falling apart. So I reinforced the backside with fabric patches and topstitched. Then used some beautiful fabric she had to make a new top on what used to be the bottom side of the duvet.
