Hello friends and family!! I have a friend who makes these gorgeous succulent pumpkins!!! I told her I would help her sell them. She works so hard and they are absolutely stunning!! I ran into a little girl and her mother the other day at a park and they had all of these colorful pieces of paper and markers and stickers. I told them what they were doing looked like fun!! They said they were making "Love bombs" and that they were going to go "love bomb" the neighborhood. The proceeded to leave one with my things I had sitting on the ground and told me to pass it on! So great! People loving people! We definitely need more of this in the world!!! Cheers to staying healthy and fit and "love bombing" someone today!!!!

One reason I choose to stay healthy and fit is because it allows me to do the things that I love! Being creative and using my hands to make beautiful, fun, and unique pieces is such a passion of mine. Because my mind and my body are healthy, I can continue to develope my creative skill sets and share them with those around me. I am super stoked to share my gift of creativity at this year's Black Heritage Festival in Urbana, Ohio (my home town). If you are in the area on June 18th, make sure you come check it out!!
