I completely understand that shopping with someone new online can feel a little nerve wracking. There are a lot of scammers out there, and it’s okay to be cautious.
I just want to reassure you that I am not one of them.
If you’ve never shopped with me before, I encourage you to check out my reviews, watch one of my live sales, and see how I interact with my customers. I have so many repeat shoppers, and that means everything to me because trust is earned.
I do ask for one thing: patience.
I’m a one woman business. I also work a full time job, I’m a mom, I have a family, and I enjoy traveling when I can. I work hard to balance all of that while making sure every order is packed with care and sent out as quickly as possible. I actually enjoy doing so 💕
If your order includes tracking, it will automatically update through the Shop app as it moves through the shipping process. If your package doesn’t have a tracking number, it’s usually because it’s being shipped as a small package. That does not mean it wasn’t shipped. It simply means that shipping method doesn’t include tracking. Your order is still on the way.
Receiving multiple “Where’s my package?” messages every day can slow down the time I spend packing and shipping orders. I promise I’m doing everything I can to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible.
