✨ A Quick Shipping Update ✨

First, I just want to say thank you. ❤️

As Rouge et Noir Co. continues to grow, the number of orders coming in has increased so much, and I couldn’t be more grateful. To all of my OGs, y’all already know what I mean. 🥹

I’ve noticed that pre-orders have been taking a little longer than they used to, and I truly appreciate how patient and understanding everyone has been while I work through them.

I always want to set realistic expectations. I’d much rather overdeliver than have anyone disappointed because I underestimated the timeline.

With that being said, I’m officially updating my pre-order timeframe:

✨ Processing: 7 business days (previously 3 to 5 business days)
✨ Shipping: 10 to 14 business days (previously 7 to 10 business days)

That changes the overall pre-order window from approximately 15 business days to 21 business days.

My hope is that most orders won’t take that long. In fact, I recently hired an assistant to help behind the scenes, and I’m excited for what that’s going to mean for Rouge as we continue to grow! ❤️ For now, though, I’d rather give you a little extra time than have anyone wondering where their order is.

Please know that I’m working as hard as I can every single day to get your orders packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Your support means the world to me, and I never take it for granted.
