Life Is Cozy

Life Is Cozy modern knitting patterns and tutorials Knitting has always been very special for me. I knit to relax & express my creativity.

It makes me happy to know that my tutorials and patterns help people to discover new dimensions of knitting. This is my main source of motivation. I always try to design items that I can wear myself. Experiments with colors, forms, and patterns don't allow my passion to fade. I find inspiration and ideas in travels, in movies, and in walks along the streets of San Francisco.

Call for testknitters ⚘

Ever since I’ve designed the Flutter and Bloom Shawl (last photo) I wanted to make a smaller accessory using the same lace stitch pattern. It was just too satisfying to knit! And now, the Flutter and Bloom Bandana is ready for testing ♥️

Testknit highlights:
- Use any yarn from fi*****ng to worsted weight range; you’ll need at least 1.41oz /40g
- Add ties or tassels or both!
- Testers are asked to complete only a small portion of the pattern before the deadline.

For more details and to apply, please check the testknit’s thread in my Ravelry group. The link will be up in stories.

Yarns used:
Pink sample - Glimmer
White sample - Gossy

Cyclamen Bandana is here 💕
As always, please enjoy a 20% intro discount with the code 20off both on Ravelry and PayHip till end of Sunday.

This (almost) any yarn, any gauge kind of design is perfect for using up single skeins or partial skeins in your stash. I designed it for a precious single 50g skein of Baby Yak Lace from , and what a delight it was to work with!

The bandana is knit from the bottom point up, so you can stop whenever you wish (or run out of yarn). Directions are both charted and written out, video for dip stitches provided, and there are instructions for adding tassels or i-cord ties.

Can’t wait to see your versions!

Hello-hello! Missed you 💕
Here’s what I’ve been working on lately, with all the travels of the last couple of months (and more coming this weekend)!
1-2: a new exciting and *veeeery sparkly* shawl / bandana / waist accessory with Glimmer
3-4-5: a camisole with tencel from – this one has taken a couple of years off my life 🙃 See the oringinal idea on photo 5. It absolutely didn’t work, but now I’m happy! And if you’re wondering what’s happening on photo 4, that’s how I tie the triangles when joining the camisole to work on the round. Prevents the work from getting twisted!
6: finishing the sample of Cyclamen Bandana with Baby Yak Lace . Adored very minute of working with it!

Harebell Bandana is here ☀️

This is such a fun little project - just 130yds of yarn and voilà! The tips have i-cord ties so you can wear it as a hair accessory, as a bandana, or as a little knit collar. The pattern is definitely of my favorite potato chip knitting kind with its stripes and textures 💛

Please enjoy 20% intro discount with the code 20off both on Ravelry and PayHip, links in stories and in bio.

You can knit this cutie in fi*****ng weight yarn or hold two lace weights together like I did. My sample used Tussock and Spindle from ☀️

Can’t wait to see your own Harebells!
