Here is one of my reasons why I have decided to close the Sandusky store. My granddaughter Jaelynn. She's the one on the right. She is small but mighty and plays with max effort in tennis and softball. I am so proud of her and all five of my grandchildren. Today I have to miss Jaelynn and her younger sister Kenleigh as they play in a tennis tournament at Perkins so that two of my team members can have time off. It's important to me that my team can attend special family events, too. Staffing two boutiques with such a small team is a challenge.

Jae Mazur picked up a win for Port Clinton at second singles, knocking off Bryan's Shayla Frank 6-3, 6-3.

"Jae is our best competitor," Miller said. "We scrimmaged Avon yesterday and we noticed who looked the most comfortable out there. It was Jae. She was locked in. She competes at the highest level in every single point. What an accomplishment for her to move from second doubles last year to second singles this year."
