That smile is what every neuro therapist lives for.

Even well into recovery, walking post-stroke can be tiring. Foot drop and extensor tone isn't just about toe drag — it's the energy cost, the compensation, the mental load of every single step. Any shoe I recommend has to work on multiple levels.

What stood out:

✅ foot drop can result from a number of conditions. It can cause tow, drag, or catching in that can result in tripping or falling.

Cadense shoes are designed to mitigate that and allow you to move better, further, and with more confidence.

As a healthcare provider who works with adults of all ages, the ability to ambulate is affected by many things, including hip arthritis, past trauma, general, deconditioning, and low back pain. I see so much help with these shoes for those who struggle with foot drop and other conditions. I really like the design!
