Seeing clearly without constantly relying on glasses has been such a shift for me. I didn’t realize how much I relied on my glasses….. until I didn’t need them anymore.

I started using VIZZ Eyedrops after talking with my doctor, and it’s made everyday things so much easier! From reading things on the go to just feeling more comfortable without glasses all the time.

Since it’s prescription-based, it’s important to check if it’s a good fit for you. Personally I’ve loved how simple they are to use and how the results can last for up to ten hours.

Spending hours at my desk, I can really feel it in my body. These are the FIVE MOVES I do throughout the day to stay energized.

~10 light jumps to get my blood flowing and boost my energy.

~10 knee-to-elbow crunches to engage my core, improve balance, and loosen up my hips.

~10 standing body twists to keep my spine mobile and my upper body feeling flexible.

~10 squats are a must because they strengthen my glutes and legs while helping me stay strong for everyday life.

~10 skater steps, which challenge my balance, coordination, and stability.

Midlife doesn’t mean slowing down…. if anything, I feel like life keeps getting MORE adventurous! I want to keep exploring, moving my body, getting outdoors, trying new things, and making memories along the way. Staying active gives me energy, confidence, joy, and reminds me that age doesn’t get to define what this season of life looks like.

This new VELOTRIC electric bike has honestly been such a fun part of that. Lightweight, easy, beautiful, and giving me even more freedom to get outside and enjoy life to the fullest.

My weekend was all about celebrating this sweet girl, (on the right) turning 16. 💝 We shopped till we dropped 🛍️ went out for a treats 🍭 and I got to be her photographer for her sweet pictures! 📸 The only thing we forgot was a 🎂!! 😂

These grandkids of mine truly make my world go round, and are my greatest JOY!!! 💖🥰💝
