Blessed to ride yesterday. 🙏🏽🏍️
Motorcycle culture has given me another opportunity to share my faith and the good news of Jesus Christ while I’m on two wheels. Along the way, it’s also connected me with so many incredible people who carry that same faith with them on the road.
I love riding with a group. I love the fellowship, the conversations, and meeting new people. A big thank you to my friend John for inviting me out today.
But much like the rest of my life, somewhere along the ride I usually find myself breaking away and finishing the journey on my own.
And I’ve come to really value that time.
When I’m riding alone, the noise of everything else seems to disappear. It becomes time to think, to pray, to listen, and to spend time with God. Some of my best conversations with Him happen with nothing around me but the road ahead.
Jesus Himself understood the importance of stepping away from the crowd to pray:
“But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed.” — Luke 5:16
And wherever this road takes me, I hope I’m always willing to share the reason for the hope that I have:
“Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” — Mark 16:15
Ride together. Pray alone. Share the Word wherever the road takes you.
Stand Firm.
