Delighted to be part of the magic at The Golden Hour Market ✨🌾

Created by incredible East End women and mamas Zuzanna von Salm and Maria Lavezzo, Golden Hour Market brings together local farmers, food, artisans, makers, and cultural programming in a beautiful celebration of community and connection. These women are true lights, and we are so lucky to have their hearts, vision, and energy here on the East End.

I first met Zuzanna several years ago, when I was still living in Santa Fe and visiting the East End, at one of her incredible Full Moon gatherings at Channing Fields. It was a profoundly powerful and moving experience, and I have cherished these gatherings—and our connection—ever since. 🌕✨

I’m also thrilled that Zuzanna now carries Chakra Girl at her gorgeous new healing space, Ceremonia Meditation. It is such an honor to align with powerful, high-vibrational women who are creating meaningful spaces for community, connection, and healing.

Golden Hour Market is hosted at the beautiful Sagaponack Farm Distillery. Stay tuned for future market dates—we can’t wait for more connection, magic, and beautiful collaborations ahead. ✨💫

Connect to the Earth. Connect to your breath. Connect to self. 🤲☀️🌊

As you gaze at the sunset—93 million miles away—remember that this is the source that generates and regenerates life on Earth.

As your eyes softly gaze on its light, other thought waves naturally rest. The mind softens. The breath deepens. You return to the present moment and return to self.

Pause. Breathe. Release. Receive.

SUMMER ENERGY Shorts are here!

Meet the Chakra Girl Shorts Collection—wearable visualization designed to move with you from root to crown. Each print is infused with intention, color, and symbolism inspired by the natural beauty of the East End.

Before you begin your day, pause.

Close your eyes. Connect to your breath. Feel your feet grounding into the earth beneath you. Inhale deeply. Exhale slowly. Allow the energy of the print you’re wearing to become your meditation.

🍓 STRAWBERRY EARTH (Root Chakra)
Visualize roots growing from your feet deep into the earth. Feel supported, safe, and grounded.
Mantra: *I belong. I am supported.*

🐋 UNDER THE SEA WHALE (Sacral Chakra)
Imagine gentle ocean waves moving through your body, awakening creativity, joy, and flow.
Mantra: *I trust the flow of life.*

🐎 HORSEPOWER (Solar Plexus Chakra)
See a golden horse running freely across an open field. Feel confidence, courage, and momentum rising within.
Mantra: *I have the power to take action.*

🦋 BUTTERFLY LOVE (Heart Chakra)
Visualize butterflies floating around your heart center, opening you to love, compassion, and connection.
Mantra: *I am open to giving and receiving love.*

A few breaths. A simple visualization. A beautiful reminder that what you wear can be part of your practice.
