In the past few months, I have completed 35-thirty minute work outs with my trainer, Eric Flory. Each early morning work out has been challenging and energizing. We have 37 more sessions ahead of us. Thank you Eric for continuing pushing me to my physical limits.

A great day with girlfriend, Lauri today. We attended a lunch with friends @ Leonardo’s. Afterwards, wine tasting at Beckmen’s and then a quick stop at Lou in Los Olivos to visit photographer, Keith Munyan before heading home.

Good morning! I hope everyone had a nice Mother's Day weekend/week! Tomorrow, I return to the gym with a new personal trainer, Eric. After about a 2 year hiatus from doing modeling shoots, tomorrow is all about redialing in to diet, exercise, gym, cycling, biking, hiking and a lot of behind the scene shoot location planning. I hope to be doing shoots in 3-4 months once again in the California Central Coast. September will be the month that I am officially a senior and September will also be the month to send my portfolio to modeling agency across the globe. The last 4 years my crew and I did a total of 11 shoots to build up a massive portfolio. I am excited to meet the requirements of different agencies because I have an incredible amount of material to choose from. We will see, if all the preparations will pay off? In the next 5 years, I have plans to travel to Alaska, Austria, Canada, Ireland, Lake Como-Italy, Morroco, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Tibet, etc... To meet with folks in the fashion industry and to do shoots... I am very excited about this new chapter! Al Chavez

On March 27, I had bunion surgery, a painful experience, 5 minutes ago the bandages came off! My foot is so so happy! Thank you to my podiatrist, Peter Fillerup, for a successful surgery. Still 4-6 months of recovery. Wish me luck.

This morning in our travels, my pup and I, came upon the Orcutt Derelict Car Show. I met Paul Pili and had a nice chat in regards to his amazing 1937 Packard, we discussed the idea of using his convertible for a photo shoot in the later part of the year. He was very receptive, his car, a house in the gaslamp district and a beautiful comodel, the makings of an incredible future photo shoot! Wish me luck!
