Out of an abundance of caution for our community, the commercial area of Seaside will be closed on Friday, October 9, as Isaias strengthens in the Gulf.
Shuttle service and paid parking on property will also be suspended beginning Friday.
According to Panhandle Weather, impacts to Northwest Florida Friday into Saturday could include heavy rain, gusty winds, rough surf, dangerous rip currents, and some coastal flooding, depending on the storm’s final track and intensity.
We’re awaiting further guidance from Walton County following tomorrow’s emergency meeting, and our team continues preparations throughout town. We’ll share updates here as we know more.
