Let me tell you a little story about working remotely… 🤩 breaks are rushed between meetings. We both have very heavy meeting schedules most days. Dogs first, then meals and then dogs again! No complaints- we chose this and would choose it again and again.

It’s the little things- simple breakfast, open laundry machines, a quiet evening spent with grateful Americans. We woke up, got to zoom into church and have some fun plans to see a movie this afternoon ( something we rarely do) and we are just grateful to be where our feet are. God Bless America 🇺🇸

Very grateful to be in the greatest country. May we never take it for granted. We get to live the way we do as a result of those who came before us and fought for this. God Bless America 🇺🇸

And this is why we choose this lifestyle. Morning walks with Ace & Gladys ( notice no sling - yay) simple starts to our days. We finished our walk and had some breakfast and then started working. We still have the day to day life stuff but my goodness - when we get started like this- we have peace and joy to last the day and hopefully pass it on to others we meet. 🙏🏻

Mutiny in the RV? Maybe if we make the dogs go out in this weather!This is a real view into the way we navigate and negotiate our daily decisions. How will the dogs react? We did end up leaving for a delicious BBQ lunch and the dogs did not melt in the slightly drizzly walk.

Sneak peak at our latest project- excuse the wind noise- courtesy of Tropical Storm Arthur. Securing our Starlink to the roof of our Brinkley G3950 so we have internet 24/7 even while we travel. It will help us on our goal to minimize set up and breakdown when we travel as well. Also- anyone else have a grandparent who dug a rock or splinter etc out of their foot with a knife? Mike was not impressed with my story … 😢

It can be challenging to find services while traveling. It takes planning and not a small amount of trust. From hair appointments to vet visits to medical and dental needs- we are finding out how to plan life while not having a full time home base. Changing brands of products available regionally, digging into the interwebs and LLM for dupes and rebrands for our faves and of course- the Amazon game. Very grateful we’ve been able to receive packages at our resort this week! 🙏🏻

What is one thing that you didn’t think about or did think about but threw caution to the wind before starting your travels? Medication shipments? Dog grooming? Botox? Spill a little tea 😆
