This position is for a Cashier and a Sales Associate at a boutique.
We are looking for an Outgoing person with retail experience. Our store has some adult novelties so you have to be 21 and older and able to speak to customers about the product if they have questions.
Your duties are to assist the customer with finding items in the store along with ringing up the customer.
You MUST be able to discuss the products to our customers. You need to be able to understand how to sell the products in the store. You can't be timid and quiet.
We are looking to hire someone who can excel in this position and then move up to a higher position in the company. You have to show that you can be a leader and handle situations that arise in the store on your own and competently.
Must have reliable transportation and be on time, every time. No excuses.
Must be familiar with POS systems and inventory.
Must be able to work day, night and weekend shifts. (schedule changes weekly)
Must have good customer service skills.
