Jeff Blumenthal of the Philadelphia Business Journal reported that QVC Group and HSN will face my thirty-million-dollar lawsuit despite their bankruptcy.

In plain English, the Chapter 11 plan preserved my claims, the stay was lifted, and my federal case can now move forward.

The Philadelphia Business Journal reported that my $30 million lawsuit against QVC Group and HSN will continue despite the company’s bankruptcy.

My lawsuit remains active, and I am moving forward.

Antthony Mark Hankins’ Claims Against QVC and HSN Preserved Under
Confirmed Chapter 11 Plan

SAVANNAH, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Antthony Mark Hankins, founder of Antthony Design Originals, announced today that the order confirming QVC’s Chapter 11 plan expressly preserves the claims asserted by Hankins and Antthony Design Originals in their pending federal lawsuit.
The action, Antthony Design Originals, Inc., et al. v. QVC Group, Inc., et al., Case No. 2:26-cv-00912-MAK, remains pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The confirmation order provides that the bankruptcy plan does not satisfy, extinguish, discharge, release, enjoin, or otherwise impair the claims asserted in that action. It further preserves the plaintiffs’ rights to prosecute and adjudicate those claims and to seek monetary or injunctive relief against the reorganized debtors.
The stay in the federal action has now been lifted, and the court has ordered the case to proceed. QVC’s deadline for its anticipated motions is September 2, 2026.

Flashback to Elizabeth High School, Class of 1986 ❤️🖤

Look at these memories.

Our commencement program. Our graduating class. National Honor Society. Homecoming. The school paper. The faces, the names, the activities — all of it takes you right back.

And yes, I had to smile seeing my name there in the National Honor Society and remembering how much that meant to me. We were young, ambitious, figuring out who we were going to become.

Now here we are, 40 years later.

I hope so many of these familiar faces will be in the room with us at the reunion. I would love to see our homecoming court, our classmates, our teammates, our friends — everybody who helped make those years what they were.

This is what the reunion is really about: coming back together, sharing where life took us, laughing about who we were, and celebrating who we became.

The $30 million lawsuit filed against QVC Group by fashion designer Antthony Mark Hankins is one of the few legal claims that can proceed in the wake of the home shopping company's bankruptcy.

I’m incredibly proud of this yard. It only took me five years to finally get it right! 😄

There was a point when I seriously considered getting rid of the grass altogether. I thought, “Oh, Lord, this is simply too much.” But this is the original St. Augustine grass that came with the house, and the original owner, Mrs. Papy, loved it. The golf course behind us is also covered in St. Augustine, so I didn’t want to break with tradition—and, quite frankly, I didn’t want to be a wimp!

So many people warned me that St. Augustine was difficult, temperamental, and far too much work. But I’ve never been one to back away from a challenge, so I decided I was going to stick with it until I figured it out.

After years of trial and error, research, and conversations with gardeners and other St. Augustine lawn owners, I finally learned what this grass needed to thrive here in Savannah. The greatest lesson was simple: aeration is the key, along with following the proper four-season treatment schedule.

During those first two years, I truly thought the lawn was going to die. There were so many bald spots that I was ready to pull out the last little bit of hair I had left! Everything finally changed when I stopped overcomplicating it, moved away from harsh chemicals, and concentrated on simpler, more natural ways of caring for it.

I’m so happy I stayed with it, because this year’s results have made every bit of that work worthwhile. It truly looks like dream grass, and I couldn’t be more pleased.

A very special shout-out to Chris at Hester & Zipperer, who always asks, “Man, what are you doing to that grass?” And to Miguel, who helps me care for it every week. Your help and encouragement have made such a difference.

Five years of patience, persistence, research, and refusing to give up—and this is the result. 💚🌿
