We wanted to share a quick update and a few important reminders as we work through a very busy shipping season.
First and most important โข our team does not use Facebook or Instagram Messenger for customer service.
Please do not send DMs to the Royal Roe page, as they are not monitored for order support.

Right now, our small but mighty shipping team is working around the clock packing and shipping orders to get them out as quickly as possible. Because of this, email responses may be slower than usual โข our focus is on physically getting packages out the door.
If you have a true urgent matter, please include โURGENTโ in the subject line so we can prioritize it. At this time, we are only able to respond to urgent emails.
A few helpful reminders:
โข Tracking emails are sent via PirateShip, so please be sure to check your spam/junk folder
โข We kindly ask that you refrain from requesting ETAs unless your order is specifically a Christmas item
โข Once packages leave our hands, delivery timing is unfortunately outside of our control โข this year especially, tariff delays and carrier holds have affected many shipments nationwide
If something intended as a gift doesnโt arrive in time, we know thatโs frustrating ๐
A helpful option is to print a photo or gift it a little later โข these items are meant to be loved and used well beyond Christmas Day.
Lastly, and most importantly โข our team is made up of real, hardworking HUMAN moms doing their absolute best during a demanding season. We are so grateful for your patience, understanding, and kindness.
