Audree López is a New York City based content creator, celebrity wardrobe stylist and former magazine editor. Audree graduated from Arizona State University with degrees in Marketing and Journalism. Over the past decade, she has worked in the fashion / styling departments at Glamour, Redbook, StyleCaster, O, the Oprah magazine, Alice + Olivia, J.Crew, Marc Jacobs and Shopbop. In 2017, she founded

her styling studio, Audree Kate Studios and specialized in celebrity, editorial, commercial and New York Fashion Week wardrobe styling. During 2020, Audree expanded her studio services, and started working as a creative director and consultant for brands, and a fashion industry expert for media outlets. Today, Audree focuses on her social media platforms to produce sponsored brand content, user-generated content (UGC) and organic fashion, beauty and lifestyle content for her 200k+ followers. Someone pinch me because the holiday season is JUST around the corner…100 days until Macy's 100th Thanksgiving Day Parade to be exact… and I got to celebrate with the Macys team!

We got to visit THE Macy’s studio where they make the parade floats and I got a sneak peek at a brand new one debuting this year! 🐶

Some fun facts I learned:
🎈 It can take up to 18 months to make a balloon
🎨 Every balloon is hand painted!!
❤️ Tony Sarg invented the iconic giant balloons in the 1920s and was inspired by turning his marionettes upside down
✨ They used to let the balloons loose at the end of the parade and people could return them for a Macy’s gift certificate!

11 years in my favorite city ❤️🗽🚕🍕✨🍎

Today marks 11 years of living in New York City! Over a decade of living my dream, playing dress up and creating a life that 13 year old Audree would be SO proud of!

On August 19th, 2015, I had just graduated from Arizona State University and had a one way ticket to NYC. I had one suitcase, $113 in my bank account, no job or backup plan—only a wild dream. The next morning I had a job interview at Glamour magazine as a freelance fashion week assistant…and well…the rest is history!

When I moved to New York, my dream was to be a fashion editor, work for a magazine, and then become a celebrity stylist. I never knew how it would happen but I wish I could go back and hug my 22 year old self and tell her she did it! She worked at magazines, become a fashion editor, a celebrity wardrobe stylist and now my full-time job is the blog I created in my freshman dorm room?! Speechless.

Every NYC anniversary I have to take a pause and really celebrate myself because holy sh*t…I did it! I’m doing it!! I’ve accomplished my wildest career goals, I work for MYSELF(!), I live by myself (!!) and I’ve done it all by myself! 👏🏼 I bet on myself 11 years ago with no backup plan, no money, little to no connections or experience, only a dream and dammit, cheers to you Miss New York City! ❤️‍🔥
