⚠️ Warning: If you follow me, I will brainwash you into believing you need to get facials. 😂🧡

And I’ll happily die on this hill.

Facials aren’t just a luxury—they’re healthcare, wellness, and honestly… sometimes mental healthcare too.

We work so hard to take care of our bodies, but your skin is part of that. It deserves the same love and attention.

Your whole body deserves to be taken care of. Including your skin. 🧡

Excuse my language, but let’s be real…

Running a business is hard as hell. Then add kids on top of it?! 😅 Some days I honestly have no idea how I make it through or where the energy comes from. (The bipolar + ADHD combo definitely keeps life… interesting. 😂)

It’s messy. It’s exhausting. It’s overwhelming. But it’s also the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done.

Watching my business grow while raising my babies isn’t always pretty, but I wouldn’t trade this life for anything. Every long day, every late night, every happy dance after a client leaves, and every chaotic school morning is part of the story. 🧡

To all the parents building something from the ground up while raising tiny humans… I see you. We’re doing better than we give ourselves credit for.

Hey friend, let’s chat about hyaluronic acid.

First things first, don’t let the word acid scare you.

I feel like hyaluronic acid gets a bad reputation because people hear the word acid and automatically think it’s going to burn, peel, or irritate their skin. But that’s actually not what hyaluronic acid does at all.

Hyaluronic acid is a hydration ingredient. In fact, your body naturally produces it and it’s already found in your skin, joints, and connective tissues.

Think of it like a big drink of water for your skin.

Its job is to attract and hold onto moisture, helping your skin look plumper, softer, and more hydrated. That’s why you’ll often see it recommended for dry, dehydrated, sensitive, and even acne-prone skin.

And here’s something really cool: hyaluronic acid can hold up to 1,000 times its weight in water.

Now, one thing I want you to know is that hyaluronic acid isn’t a moisturizer by itself. It helps pull hydration into the skin, but you still need a moisturizer afterward to help seal everything in.

So if you’ve been avoiding hyaluronic acid because the word acid sounds intimidating, consider this your permission slip to stop being scared of it.

It’s not here to exfoliate your face off, it’s here to help keep your skin hydrated, happy, and healthy.

Have you tried hyaluronic acid before?

Let me know what questions you have and maybe we’ll chat about them next.
