Indulging in a culinary delight with my son Jeff Fish, my dinner this evening consists of an appetizer featuring mussels in a rich coconut tomato butter cream lablanc sauce, followed by an entree of beef braised short rib with a cabaret sauce, accompanied by honey glazed carrots and home style mashed potatoes. After many years of working in the hotel industry, it's clear my son has an outstanding talent as a chef. The meal was truly exceptional.
